Polytech High School senior Noah Link, age 17, of Dover was presented a $100 check from the National Association of Conservation Districts (NACD) for his winning entry in the special computer generated category for grades 10-12 in the Association’s national poster contest. Paula Kohout, administrative manager of the Kent Conservation District (KCD) made the presentation on behalf of NACD on May 11 during Noah’s visual communications class at Polytech. “We appreciate you taking the time to enter the contest,” Ms. Kohout told Noah. “Your poster is the second one from Delaware to win at the national level in the past two years.
